Sales and Promotion:

  • Promote and sell surgical sutures, wound care products and medical supplies effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Have, Build and maintain strong relationships with, Surgeons, Nurses, purchasing, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and accounts.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback from healthcare professionals and the market to his superior.
  • Conduct market analysis and help in forecasting sales opportunities.

Customer Support and Education:

  • Provide comprehensive product information and support to customers.
  • Ensure effective post-sale customer service, addressing concerns, and handling product inquiries.
  • Organize product training sessions and ensure customers are well-informed on the usage and benefits of the products.

Proven work experience as product specialist.3-5 years’ experience with Surgical sutures, wound care products and medical supplies in his territory.Bachelor degree of vet, scienceDeep understanding of surgical suture market and its dynamic.Work cooperatively with the rest of the teamOutstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Command of the English language; bilingual is a plus
