Business Developer

Virtual Worker Now is a multinational company provider of customer solutions and business process management, outsourcing services in Canada, Europe, US. and Middle East regions. 

We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist with a strong and qualified background, capable of working effectively in a US/Canada-based environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach on social media, performing LinkedIn research, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients. This role plays a critical part in driving our business growth by building strong relationships and creating opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media platforms, and industry-specific databases.
  • Research target accounts and key decision-makers to build a robust pipeline.

-Social Media Outreach:

  • Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns on social media platforms to engage prospects.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages to foster engagement with potential clients.

-LinkedIn Research:

  • Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to conduct in-depth research on prospects, industries, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain detailed prospect lists and manage interactions within the CRM system.

-Outreach and Engagement:

  • Craft and send compelling outreach messages to initiate conversations with prospects.
  • Follow up with leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships and schedule meetings for the sales team.

-Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Provide detailed information about leads, including pain points, goals, and potential fit for our products/services.

-Tracking and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead interactions in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
