Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather and organize data from various marketing tools (Google Analytics, MMPs like Adjust, paid media platforms, CRM systems, etc.).
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Develop clear and actionable reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Data Studio.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the team and clients.
- Market Research:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to provide context for insights.
- Identify and recommend growth opportunities for clients based on data.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, social media, email) and evaluate key performance metrics such as CTR, ROI, and CPA.
- Suggest optimization strategies based on performance data
Skills & QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and basic formulas).Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau is a plus.Experience with analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and MMPs (e.g., Adjust).Knowledge of media buying platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) or marketing automation platforms is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience:2+ years of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with media buying platforms or marketing automation tools is a plus.
