Responsibilities:
- Video Production:
- Film short videos and interviews of team members discussing market trends, educational topics, and promotional materials.
- Set up and operate camera, audio, and lighting equipment to ensure professional-quality footage.
- Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage, add graphics, titles, transitions, and animations as needed.
- Incorporate branding elements (e.g., logos, color palettes) and ensure visual consistency across all videos.
- Optimize videos for various social media platforms (aspect ratios, video length, captions, etc.).
- Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, marketing, and subject matter experts to develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Provide creative input to enhance video narratives and storytelling.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets for future use.
Experience & Skills:Proven experience in videography, video editing, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and composition.Knowledge of social media video standards and best practices.Creative Mindset:Ability to transform complex or technical topics into visually engaging content.Eye for detail, design, and storytelling.Communication & Collaboration:Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Willingness to receive feedback and adapt videos accordingly.Additional Assets:Experience with motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.Basic understanding of financial or educational content is a plus but not mandatory.
