- Make Telesales Unit A Pioneer in Tele Service, Marketing And Sales.
*Key Accountability:
- Retail Prospect Customer Identification
Spreads target list of potential relationships.
Manages the Telesales teams through Identifying Prospects through conducting Tele-Calls and gathers the required basic data of customers.
Responsible to market the bank’s products on the tele-calls and test the customer appetite.
- Data Warehouse/Management
Responsible to maintain all Prospect basic information/data, including customer’s feedback, tele-call and pre-screening results (accepted and/or rejected).
Accurate Customer Data MUST be kept, to be used for future reference, even for rejected customers.
- Strictly adhere to ADIB EGYPT Credit, Legal and Shariah policies.
- Make sure that extensions of credit follow regulatory limits and the Central Bank of Egypt regulations and guidelines.
Initiate “credit checking” and “Central de Risqué – CBE” requests, and ensure their completeness by the time of the credit approval.
Highlight any credit / regulatory issues and/or deviations to senior credit management.
Provide recommendations to improve the current procedures and processes to ensure that work is carried out in an efficient manner.
*Qualifications:
- University/College Degree
- MA or MBA (beneficial)
- Islamic banking knowledge is preferable
Minimum years of experience:
5-7 years’ work experience in a Retail or corporate banking environment.
A good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region will be a plus.
