Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Collaborate with departments to develop job descriptions and interview guidelines, ensuring effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and prepare reports on HR activities to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-10 years of experience in HR recruitment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Experience with talent management, employee development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
