- b. Training Quality to meet customer satisfactions (Supervising training delivery and trainees satisfaction Manage internal and external clients feedback)
- c. Develop the company Training Documents
- managing the implementation of the Training Schedule.
- Managing the attendance for all trainees .
- Assessing Instructors
- keeping training materials updated
- Manage trainees relationships and insure trainees satisfaction, identifies prospects, trainees needs, and requirements to grow the business within the trainees scope.
- Customer care: arranging the trainees schedule according to their needs.
- Delivering materials and certificates to the trainees
- Register trainees and introduces our courses and services.
- Solving the trainees problems by reviewing all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and trainees expectations are met.
:Job Requirements
· Bachelor of related background education.
· Previous experience in the Training Institutions
