HR Operation Specialist

 

  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Follow up the monthly performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Manage the attendance system using fingerprint devices.
  • provide detailed attendance reports to the HR department. 
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Process employees inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistRetail experience is a mustFamiliarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like Odoo system.Familiarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsBSc in Human Resources or relevant fieldObour city resident or nearby areas ( Sharkia, Salam city, Marg…. )
