- Act as a business partner with co-founders and line managers to developing HR planning strategies, considering immediate and long-term staff requirements and provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
- Plan and provide seasonal and temporary employment needs and manage relevant suppliers and employment agencies.
- Develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues, disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities.
- Source, screen, Filter, Shortlisting applicants and interview candidates for employment and support on-boarding activities in assigned area.
- Manage HR operations and data feeding for payroll generation and other compensation factors.
- Advising on packages and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records.
- Actively participate in job evaluation committee aiming at ensuring fair compensation and benefits
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
- Build relationships with staff at all levels; assure that new recruits integrate effectively into the organization by delivering a high quality on-boarding program.
- Conduct training sessions related to ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
- Actively participate in employee workers’ committees and provide solution to workers’ issues enhancing work environment and aiming at employee satisfaction
- Handle grievances and disciplining requirements in assigned areas.
- Oversees the provision of human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, industrial safety, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.Experience in human resources in Software development is preferred.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Staff, Line Managers and Co-Founders.Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.Ability to give presentations.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc….Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
