Senior Business developer / Business development team lead
Responsibilities- Accountable for the planning and execution of lead generation practices by the Business Development team.
- Responsible for revenue targets.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule through following up with leads till deals closure.
- Identify new business development opportunities and take accountability for and manage the project evaluation of these.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and optimize business development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events to promote brand awareness.
- Provide leadership & guidance to the business development team and maintain follow up to achieve high-performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress to senior management.
- Reach out to customer leads through activities like (initial phone calls – set up meetings with the client – Emailing the client).
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to current and prospective clients.
- Prepare the required pre-studies for the potential projects and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Prepare the required plans, documentation and reports for the business development process.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction by establishing, developing and maintaining positive relationships with (Partners - Current Clients - Potential Clients).
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
RequirementsBSc/BA in English commerce, Business Administration, Economics & political Science, Marketing or equivalent/ similar bachelor degree.Min of 5 years of experience in the business development.A very strong command of English (verbal and written).Very good in Microsoft Office & google packages.Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.Ownership & dedication to the tasks assigned.Well-organized and detail oriented & high analytical skills.Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
