Quality Assurance Executive

  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and ISO systems.
  • Assure ongoing compliance with Customer requirements and ensure updating it in the local SOPs.
  • Responsible for documented information management systems.
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for Internal ISO and customers audits.
  • Coordinate, support, lead and document internal and external audits and other quality assurance activities.
  • Lead the investigation in customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities to management.
  • conduct quality training sessions to meet quality standards.
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

BSc in Science is preferred Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar roleWorking knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assuranceSolid knowledge of relevant regulatory standardsGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailRelevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
