- Handling airline tickets (reissue, refund, schedule change, EMD, etc.).
- Working as the back office for the other departments and supporting them.
- Communicating with the airlines if needed.
- Handling and getting the schedule changed.
Advanced Amadeus or Galileo experience is a Must for at least 3 years.Refund, reissue, EMD, schedule change experience.Call center experience is a plus.Tourism and airlines experience.Very good in English.Males only.30 years old max.
