Core Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support high-performance systems, scalable network solutions, and secure storage.
- System Maintenance: Oversee maintenance schedules, hardware upgrades, and regular system backups to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Cloud and Hybrid Solutions: Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) alongside on-premises solutions to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Disaster Recovery: Establish and test disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid recovery of critical systems and data.
2. Cybersecurity and Compliance
- Data Protection: Implement encryption, secure access protocols, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard sensitive healthcare and client data.
- Compliance Audits: Lead IT compliance efforts with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA, ensuring that systems and processes meet stringent data protection requirements.
- Employee Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements for all staff.

3. Technology Strategy and Digital Innovation
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to align IT initiatives with business and marketing objectives, ensuring technology enhances campaign performance and ROI.
- Emerging Technologies: Research and integrate technologies like AI, machine learning, or analytics tools to enhance data-driven marketing strategies.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- User Experience: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance digital platforms and tools for better customer engagement.
4. IT Operations and Support
- End-User Support: Establish and oversee a helpdesk team that provides timely and effective support to employees.
- Policy Development: Draft and enforce IT policies, including acceptable use, BYOD, password management, and remote work protocols.
- Monitoring Tools: Implement monitoring systems to proactively address potential issues before they impact business operations.
5. Vendor and Contract Management
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and manage IT vendors, ensuring optimal service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Procurement Oversight: Oversee the procurement process for IT hardware and software, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compatibility with company needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms for IT-related contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
6. Leadership and Team Development
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing IT team capable of addressing current and future challenges.

- Skill Development: Provide training opportunities for the IT team to stay updated with the latest technology trends and certifications.
Qualifications and SkillsEducational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Professional Experience:At least 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the healthcare or marketing industry.Proven track record of managing IT operations in regulated environments, ensuring compliance and security.Technical Skills:Expertise in managing IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and cloud environments).Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, endpoint management, and data loss prevention systems.Knowledge of healthcare regulations like HIPAA or equivalent and data protection laws such as GDPR.Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign automation software).Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language.Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
