• Solid understanding for the equipment and components of the electrical substation including not limited to (Power Transformers, GIS, MV Switchgears, Protection system, ...etc.). 

•  Coordinate with project parties (owner/consultant/end user/suppliers) to achieve the approval of the project equipment/materials with optimum design as per technical specifications.  
• Develop, maintain, and distribute project schedule to field, office, and customer personnel throughout the course of the project. 
• Schedule and hold coordination meetings with field personnel to update project schedules and communicate progress to the customer & PMO. 
• Create and manage the schedule of values for the project. 
• Identify and acquire change orders based upon changes in scope throughout the project life-cycle.
• Strategize, develop and assist with negotiation of requests for equitable adjustment and Claims.
• Prepare site specific construction plans, work order packages, job-walks, contractor interface and engineering assessments.
• Complete Risk Management through the risk identification, Risk assessment, Monitor and trace the mitigation plans.
• Oversee project financial performance through the project lifecycle.
• Proper management of the Project Closing Phase including (technical closing and handover, team clearance, De-Mobilization, Subcontractors agreement closing, Project management project closure documents)
• Conduct project post-job reviews to identify lessons learned, highlight marketing opportunities, and adjust estimating units for future project bidding.
