Outdoor Sales Engineer

1. Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Reach Out’s customers within the MRO (Maintenance-Repair-Operation) space.

2. Identify customer needs for MRO supplies through active listening and understanding their specific operations.

3. Promote and sell a comprehensive range of MRO products offered by Reach Out, ensuring a strong understanding of their features and benefits.

4. Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the most appropriate MRO solutions for their requirements.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving set sales targets for MRO products.

6. Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics.

7. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned MRO customer segment.

8. Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings within the MRO market.


 


Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsBachelor degree(Electrical-Mechanical)Minimum 1-3 years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, outlook).Ability to provide technical solutions to customersExperience in a similar role or industry is a plus
