- Reviews and provides technical opinions on 100% of requests related to the Surgical Operations Project in the CRM system and ensures follow-up on referrals to hospitals.
- Sends a detailed explanation of medical cases under the Surgical Operations Project to the resource development team for fundraising based on the issued decisions.
- Prepares technical reconciliations for financial claims under the Monthly Treatment Project, ensuring consistency between issued decisions and the actual disbursements to beneficiaries.
- Prepares technical reconciliations for financial claims under the Medical Convoys Project.
- Reviews 100% of monthly treatment tickets sent to the pharmacy portal to ensure their accuracy before forwarding them to pharmacies.
- Monitors the preparation of financial claims sheets for both the Surgical Operations and Monthly Treatment Projects, updating them monthly, and comparing them with the remaining budget.
- Follows up on and responds to complaints, working to resolve any reported issues.
- Participates in technical tenders related to the Prosthetics Project and reviews the associated financial claims.
