Commercial Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

- Set the tactics of the Leasing strategy


- Conduct Market Research


- Manage the rental of Administrative and Commercial units


- Undertake lease negotiations


- Complete the paperwork for prospective tenants


• Planning:

Prepares and implements leasing plans and strategies to meet current market demands and generate demand for the future.


• Market Research:

Researches the market in terms of current demand, types, and size of the properties. Where possible, obtain information on competitors pricing policies to revamp the company's pricing policy, strategies, and tactics to effectively position the property against the competition and enhance market share.


• Targeting prospective clients:

Prepares a target list of prospective tenants, including high-end and flagship retail brands/customers, local and international, suitable for the type of properties available for leasing.


• Viewings and Presentations:

Manages invitation of tenants to presentations and site meetings to generate new interest


• Term Negotiation:

Prepares proposals for new tenants at rates in line with budget

• Arranging Legal Documentation:

Works with the Lease Administration team to ensure that all documentation is correctly prepared by the Lease Administration and is signed by the authorized person. Maintains awareness of local legal procedures and practices, ensuring that these are upheld.
