About the Role:
As the Sales Manager at our Zayed Branch, you will oversee the sales team, ensure the execution of the sales strategy, and drive business growth. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and maintaining a strong presence in the competitive real estate market.
- Manage and lead the sales team at the Zayed Branch to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Implement the company’s sales strategy and adapt it to the Zayed market's specific needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and key partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to set targets, review progress, and motivate the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales staff to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
