- Develop and maintain material requirement plans for low voltage switchgear projects.
- Collaborate with project manager and production teams to understand material specifications and project timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of components.
- Analyze production schedules and adjust material plans to meet changing demands.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to material shortages or delays.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials, resolving any supply chain issues.
- Maintain accurate records of material planning and procurement activities.
- Continuously improve material planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.Experience in material planning, preferably in the low voltage switchgear industry.Strong knowledge of low voltage components and systems.Proficiency in material planning software (e.g., ERP systems).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
