HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in utilizing Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Ministry of Labor, and other relevant systems. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations that align with the organization’s goals.


 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

2. Employee Relations and Management

• Oversee employee records, contracts, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.

• Manage employee benefits, leave, and performance evaluations.

• Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.

3. Government Platform Management

• Ensure accurate and timely use of platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Ministry of Labor.

• Handle Saudization requirements and related documentation.

4. Training and Development

• Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

5. HR Reporting

• Prepare periodic reports on employee performance, attendance, and HR metrics.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving HR strategies.

6. Resource Management

• Oversee the allocation and optimization of human resources across the company.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.


 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR practices.

• Proficiency in Saudi HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Ministry of Labor systems.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.


 

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

• Experience in employee training and development programs.
