Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Senior Motion Graphics Designer at our company.

 The Senior Motion Graphics Designer will create dynamic motion designs, video production, motion graphics, and graphic design to support the company's projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with instructional designers and educators to create motion graphics, explainer videos, explanatory (dental/medical) diagrams, and illustrations for educational content and in-course materials.
• Design dynamic intro and outro sequences for digital content
• Animate 2D UI elements of our softwares to showcase features in product demonstration or user onboarding
• Animate & render 3D dental models for showcasing and product demonstrations
• Produce promotional/announcement videos, feature releases, and product updates montages
• Design animated social media content and ads (google banners, meta ads etc)
• Design animated icons and micro-interactions for the software interface
• Maintain and update the company’s motion design system and brand assets
• Create lower thirds and graphic overlays for webinars and online courses
• Edit and refine raw footage from course videos, ensuring smooth transitions, enhanced clear audio, and polished timed visuals. (color grading, greenscreen, captioning, motion tracking..)
• Optimize video formats and export for various digital platforms (short videos, webinars, web videos, booth displays etc)
• Work with the design team to maintain visual consistency across all media and keep everything aligned with the design system
• Keep up with motion design trends and propose innovative ideas
