Sales Account Manager

  • Under general supervision, interface with customers after the sale
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations
  • Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Resolve post-sale issues, including production scheduling, shipping, invoicing, warranty claims, and scheduling repair resources
  • Identify and pursue add-on business opportunities
  • Provide account management, service, and consulting to existing, new, and conversion clients
  • Sell products, services, and solutions to benefit the customer and increase productivity
  • Establish and manage effective business relationships with customers and associates using innovative strategies to maximize sales and bookings
  • Position products to internal and external customers
  • Build strong relationships to solidify renewal opportunities
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Area/Country Manager

Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 3 years of related work experienceGood understanding of the travel distribution industry and/or ITExperience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems)Experience with Salesforce Partner Community a plusExperience in managing business relationships and driving customer growthExperience creating presentations and conducting webinarsExperience presenting company story and products to customers and measuring customer successExperience up-selling products to customers and achieving sales goalsExperience negotiating contracts and pricingStrong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, both internal and external, with the ability to communicate at all levelsAnalytical capability using MS Office, particularly ExcelFluency in English and Arabic
