- Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes.

- Create and ensure accuracy of technical data provided by the company (TDS, MSDS, trials report, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with institutions and 3rd parties in relation with our business.
- Conduct market research and analysis to help build R&D plans.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
- collaborate with other services (finance, R&D, production, supply-chain, HR, admin) to provide our customers with the best quality service and solutions, and increase the company’s revenue and improve image.

Minimum 5 years of Technical, Operations, R&D or Sales experience in construction chemicals, cement business, concrete business, building materials, etc.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong knowledge of technical standards, systems, and processes.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
