CEO Executive Assistant

  • Administrative Management:
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments to maximize productivity.
    • Handle and prioritize correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters.
    • Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary.
    • Facilitate internal communication by distributing information and preparing presentations.
  • Travel and Logistics:
    • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
    • Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Conduct research and prepare reports for strategic initiatives and board meetings.
    • Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on actionable items.
    • Suggest process improvements to enhance office efficiency.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role (2–5 years).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English (French is a plus).High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace) and office equipment.Preferred: A degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
