Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a District Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and operations within their assigned district, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Operations Management, and Strategic Planning skills
• Team Leadership and Relationship Building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's in pharmaceutucal sciences or related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic
