Job Description

• Issue flight tickets using the Amadeus system.
• Book hotels and arrange car rentals for clients based on their preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their travel needs and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
• Manage and organize travel itineraries for individual and group bookings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide recommendations and support during the booking process.
• Handle inquiries related to flight availability, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and destination information

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight ticketing (Amadeus system) and hotel bookings, as well as car rental arrangements.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia with travel agencies or tourism companies is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations is an asset.
