Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with the company’s goals and branding.
  • Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging and compelling content for social media posts.
  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent timing and quality.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure all content aligns with visual brand identity.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content writing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
