We are seeking an experienced Site Architect Engineer to join our team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, graduated in 2017 or 2018.
• Experience working on residential sites (preferably with a background in both internal and external finishes).
• Strong experience in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimation, and preparing monthly progress payments (claims).
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee interior finishing projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Supervise site work to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fittings for each project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
