Job Description: Account Manager (Advertising Agency Booth Production and Exhibitions)


Position Overview:


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with various departments within the agency to develop and execute effective advertising strategies. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service, meet client objectives, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management:


- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Understand clients' business objectives, goals, and challenges to provide strategic solutions.

- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

- Identify opportunities to upsell agency services and grow client accounts.

2. Campaign Development and Execution:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop effective strategies.

- Work closely with internal teams, such as creative, media planning, and digital, to execute campaigns.

- Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet clients' expectations.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

3. Project Management:

- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution.

- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to meet deadlines.

- Conduct regular project status meetings, both internally and with clients, to ensure alignment.

- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.

4. Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.

- Monitor project expenses, track invoicing, and address any billing or payment issues.

5. Industry Knowledge and Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights to clients.

- Share industry knowledge with clients, providing recommendations for innovative advertising approaches.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within an advertising agency.

-A strong understanding of events, booth production advertising principles, media planning, and campaign execution is a MUST

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing client needs.

- Minimum 5 years in the same field is a MUST
