Roles & Responsibilities |
- Administrative Support:-
- Act as the GM's first point of contact with all inside & outside parties.
- Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Respond to all inquiries, correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Well Maintain GM’s appointments agenda by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Attend meetings with GM & record (Take) minutes of meetings.
- Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals.
- Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
- Representing the GM: -
- Follow up with the manager/ departments’ heads on important tasks and deadlines requested by GM.
- Attend meetings in GM’s absence; and may speak in favor of him.
- Reporting & Documentation:-
- Collect & analyze data to prepare required reports, presentations, etc.
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as requested.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive filing system.
- Comply with data protection legislation, manage company files (both electronic and hard copy) including archiving or disposal of documents when appropriate.
