Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Tender Junior Engineer with a background in HVAC systems to support the preparation of technical and financial proposals. Key Responsibilities:

Tender Support:

• Assist in reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including BOQs and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotations and technical data.

Data Collection:

• Compile and organize data related to project specifications, materials, and costs.
• Conduct basic calculations and analyses to support senior engineers in preparing bids.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior engineers and other departments to gather inputs for tender preparation.
• Participate in meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.

Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain records of tender submissions, including technical specifications and supporting documents.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on industry standards, HVAC systems, and tendering best practices.
