- Help Desk Support for Entire Network & Staff
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC ,Network switch, Printers, Copier Machine
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Responsible for First layer support for all entire users
- Responsible for monthly periodically maintenance for all PC , Printers , AP, Cam and Racks . Also keep IT app to be up to date with the latest HW status and configuration per user per branch
- Preparing a monthly reports for all users and devices weakness points to be handled
- Responsible for checking the PC , printing service maintenance internally and externally
- Responsible for checking all IP cameras setup , configuration , performance and recording
- Responsible for checking the IT assets per quarter and send a report with confirmation and any issue found to prevent the completion of his task on IT APP
- Responsible for design , setup any infrastructure requirement for new branch or expanding an existing one
- Responsible for all Printer / copiers / scanners HW and SW setup , configuring , maintenance at all branches
- Responsible for internet connection performance , bills and troubleshoot and in case of escalation will be to system admin team then Network team
Graduate from Faculty of Engineering / computer scienceExperience from 1-3 years in similar position at leastN+ m A+ Certificate is a mustPerforms LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems Excellent Experience in Help Desk tasks ( HW – SW) Excellent Technical Skills Hands on experience with network knowledge and documentation
