Position Overview:
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and growth objectives
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and growth objectives.
Lead marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across diverse channels.
2. Campaign Management:
- Lead and manage digital marketing efforts, including paid social media ads, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Implement strategies for user acquisition and retention, utilizing A/B testing and data analytics to inform decisions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting on key KPIs.
3. Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of engaging digital content tailored for various platforms to enhance user retention and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with video editor/videographer, content creator, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
4. Collaboration with Executive Team:
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure market needs are being met with new features and products.
5. User Segmentation & Targeting:
- Develop, in coordination with data team, a customer segmentation criterion based on key variables like number of orders, frequency, loyalty, discounted price opportunists, etc.
- Develop and implement unique messaging and targeting campaigns for each customer segment.
6. Brand Management:
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure a consistent and impactful identity across all platforms.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all marketing materials and channels.
7. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms, engaging with users and promoting app features.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure effective outreach.
8. Budget Management:
- Manage a large digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Negotiate contracts with external partners and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze marketing expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
9. Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creative thinking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or Masters in Marketing is a plus.
- 7+ years proven experience in digital marketing within the mobile industry.
- Prior managerial experience or relevant leadership titles
- Start-ups background is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Tiktok, Apple and Google Play Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
