Planning Engineer Team Leader

  • Lead the development of project baselines, ensuring alignment with contracts and key milestones.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to finalize materials, tools, and methodologies for project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed monthly/weekly project reports, including look-ahead schedules and updates to the master baseline schedule.
  • Develop and maintain work programs, cash flow forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, and other management reports tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct delay analysis to support extension of time claims and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Plan and prioritize material requisitions and fabrication orders to minimize delays in deliverables.
  • Actively participate in stakeholder meetings to align on project objectives, strategies, and progress.
  • Schedule and conduct periodic site visits to assess project progress and prepare comprehensive progress reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling in construction industry.Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Expertise in preparing detailed management reports and conducting delay analysis.
