Cizaro, a leading denim brand with 10 branches across Egypt, seeks a dynamic and proactive PR and influencer management Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our brand’s presence through influencer marketing, efficient PR strategies, and seamless customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PR activities with influencers and bloggers, including communication, content creation, and idea generation.
- Create and manage the affiliate program for influencers and bloggers.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to ensure effective influencer and customer communication.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve problematic orders and address customer issues.
- Write and update product descriptions for all items on Cizaro’s website and app.
- Attend photoshoots for new product launches if needed.
- Contribute ideas for new designs and models to align with the brand vision.
- Track and analyze weekly the affiliate program performance for influencers and bloggers.
- Identify and onboard new influencers to support the company’s goals.
- Prepare and present a detailed monthly influencer performance report.
- Manage and disburse monthly commissions and budgets for bloggers and influencers.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.2+ years of experience in PR, influencer management, or digital marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and team members.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and trends.Female candidates are preferred for this role.
