- Provide administration support to the Sales & Marketing Director, diary and email management, Office Administration system management, and meeting coordination.
- Manage diaries, advise on conflicting events and carry out multiple rescheduling as necessary
- Schedule meeting, including regular team meetings, and provide administrative support to meetings (Organize attendees, venues and relevant catering requirements)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes as required
- Planning and arranging to get approval sign from Sales & Marketing Director for department’s needs
- Follow up all pending tasks and action plan of all direct reporting to Sales & Marketing Director.
- Collect data and report from direct report people and analyses the data report
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly
- Perform accurate research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain systems for records and database as required.
- Maintains correspondence; agreements, reports, project files and keep such all files up-to-date
- Manage, assess and respond to correspondence and queries.
- Assess needs and proactively priorities tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain close working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion to be practiced at all times
- Represent the organization professionally and courteously at all times
- Undertake any other relevant duties and projects as directed by Marketing Director
