Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee the flawless execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and track performance using PM tools.
  • Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs through proper verification techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and delegate tasks based on team strengths.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and performance reports.
  • Analyze project outcomes to achieve both short- and long-term goals while meeting financial objectives.

Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Problem-solving skills and ability to manage change effectively.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or domain of the projects (e.g., IT, cybersecurity, construction).Languages: Proficiency in English.
