In this role, you'll be more than just an HR professional; you'll be a strategic partner, a culture champion, and a passionate advocate for our people.

What you'll do:

  • Shape the future of work: Translate organizational objectives into actionable HR strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Build a world-class workforce: Design and execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Develop and nurture talent: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development, ensuring a positive and enriching experience.
  • Foster a thriving culture: Champion our unique culture by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, leading change management efforts, and ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Be a data-driven decision-maker: Monitor HR metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to the People and Culture Director to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations while optimizing HR processes for maximum efficiency.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.HR certification (e.g., SPHR, CIPD, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.Experience:7-10 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.Skills and Abilities:Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing multiple HR functions.Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable insights.
