Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive workplace environment by addressing conflicts and resolving disputes.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for improvement.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance review processes.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and career development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll records for accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Skills:Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Good Knowledge of HR application (Paynas)
