- Issue flight tickets using the Amadeus system.
- Book hotels and arrange car rentals for clients based on their preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their travel needs and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
- Manage and organize travel itineraries for individual and group bookings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide recommendations and support during the booking process.
- Handle inquiries related to flight availability, pricing, and booking procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and destination information.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight ticketing (Amadeus system) and hotel bookings, as well as car rental arrangements.Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.Strong communication and organizational skills.Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia with travel agencies or tourism companies is highly preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations is an asset.
