E-Commerce Account Manager

Account Management: Take ownership of key e-commerce accounts, driving sales growth and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across platforms such as Jumia, Noon, and Amazon.

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, market share, and growth for assigned accounts.

CRM Management: Utilize Silicon21 CRM - Canon to effectively track, manage, and optimize sales activities, customer interactions, and account performance.

Product Listings and Promotions: Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies to ensure competitive positioning and maximize conversions.

Market Research: Stay informed of e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to refine sales approaches and tactics.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.

Sales Reporting and Analytics: Leverage CRM insights and sales data to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable reports to senior management.


Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience, specifically in managing sales on platforms like Jumia, Noon, or Amazon (Egypt).Experience with CRM systems, especially Silicon21 CRM - Canon or similar tools, is a must.Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.Strong ability to manage product catalogs and execute successful promotional campaigns.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple accounts in a target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
