Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all scaffolding operations on construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Supervise and lead the scaffolding team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Extensive experience in scaffolding engineering, with a proven track record of managing scaffolding design and operations in a construction environment.Scaffolding design certification (e.g., from a recognized institution or engineering association) is preferred.Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, including various types (e.g., tube and fitting, system scaffolding, etc.), and their applications in construction.Experience with project management and leadership, including managing cross-functional teams.Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical situations and provide solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Scaffolding Certification: Certification in scaffolding (e.g., from OSHA, NCCER, or other recognized industry bodies) demonstrating proficiency and knowledge.First Aid and Safety Training: Basic first aid knowledge and additional safety certifications may be required, ensuring workers can respond to accidents on-site.
