Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize online sales platforms and e-commerce websites.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Engage with customers through chat, email, and social media to answer inquiries and promote products.
- Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and best practices in online sales.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).1-3 years of experience in online sales or e-commerce.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO and social media marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
