- Studying project pricing and preparing technical offers.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments for new contracts and propose solutions to mitigate identified risks.
- Coordinate with projects managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met.
- Full tender process: RFQ, negotiation, evaluation financial and technical offers submitted, Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and legally sound.
- Negotiate contract terms with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable terms for the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Prepare reports on contract status, highlighting any issues or potential areas of concern.
- Provide support to project management teams by ensuring contracts are executed properly and project milestones are met.
- Contractors and consultant’s Invoices revision.
Bachelor's degree in Architect or Civil Engineering.+5 to 10 of experience in tendering, contracting, and procurement processes.Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of: AutoCAD, Revit & Microsoft Office.Experience in Construction Industrial / residential background is a MUST.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required.
