Looking for a reliable sales account manager and liaison capable of guiding renowned cliental through our showroom & design office to understand a client’s vision and needs and support with their own understanding of design and our product portfolio.
This individual has to be creative, capable of working under pressure and receptive to different client personalities.
The postilions obligations are as follows;
- Deduce client’s needs and wants through simple and fast vernacular and communication.
- Understand a vast and renowned brand and product portfolio.
- Gain as much information and knowledge on brand portfolio as possible to fast become a brand ambassador capable of communicating said knowledge to potential clients.
- Quickly learn and familiarize oneself with technical “specifications” associated with industry and general product groups.
- Prepare aesthetically fitting presentation of client selections.
- Ensure clients offer is reasonable to clients budget to avoid any awkward or uncomfortable circumstances with client.
- Guarantee a positive perception and outlook of our company throughout entire interaction with client.
- Cover the potential customers & projects through outdoor visits.
- Report activities to the sales manager.
- Prepare commercial and technical presentations to customers.
