About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our dynamic team at Maksoud Medical Ltd. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and the coordination of patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinic Preparation:

• Assist in preparing the clinic for daily operations.

• Ensure all resources and materials are ready for scheduled appointments.

2. Patient Email Management:

• Handle patient communication via email, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Address inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages as required.

3. Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with a team of four members to streamline clinic activities, efficient workflow.

• Maintain clear communication and support team objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Professional and patient-focused approach.
