Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex advertising campaigns and projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality work within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for major advertising campaigns
• Lead project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously from estimation through execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively

Financial Management

• Create and manage project estimates for new business and existing clients
• Monitor project budgets and maintain profitability
• Manage change orders and scope modifications
• Review and approve purchase orders up to $25,000
• Participate in revenue forecasting and financial reporting

Team Leadership

• Provide day-to-day oversight and mentorship to project management team members
• Lead resource planning and allocation in collaboration with department heads
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team development activities

Client Relations

• Present project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to clients
• Manage client expectations and communications regarding project execution
• Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent project delivery
• Lead campaign and project retrospectives

Process Improvement

• Maintain and optimize project management workflows and systems
• Contribute to agency process improvements and best practices
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and quality standards
