Establishing, implementing and developing procedures, policies and plans governing the processes of appointing employees and organizing procedures for managing their affairs during work, with the aim of ensuring the effective use of human resources in the company, following up on everything related to serving its employees and developing their skills and capabilities to achieve continuity, development, growth, leadership and excellence for the company.
Direct Supervisor:
- General Manager
- Deputy Director General
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing the company's human resources manual and policies and the procedures for their application.
2. Assist senior management in formulating objectives, drawing up strategic plans and general policies and participating in decisions of interest to the company as a whole.
3. Supervises the implementation of the company's executive plan programs and follows up on its update.
4. Planning and preparing policies for attracting and managing human resources in the company.
5. Supervise the management of personnel files with regard to recruitment, training, insurance, monitoring of working hours and departures, balance of leaves, termination of services and compensation.
6. Work on the development, amendment and development of the company's internal system in cooperation and coordination with the rest of the departments.
