Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will ensure optimal stock control, warehouse management, and process optimization to support production and business goals.
Experience in the glass manufacturing industry is preferred. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cost tracking and optimizing cost efficiency across all warehouse operations and the company’s broader activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
Ensure accurate stock control, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch.
Implement warehouse safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
Manage and lead the warehouse team, ensuring high levels of productivity and staff development.
Coordinate with other departments, including production and logistics, to meet business needs.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and reports for management.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an industrial environment.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in managing safety protocols and compliance with regulations.Preferably with experience in the glass industry or manufacturing sector
