We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage inventory operations at our project site in the North Coast. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking of materials, optimize stock levels, and support the smooth flow of site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage inventory levels for all materials on-site.
• Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate records.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor stock usage and report on shortages or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare and present regular inventory reports to site management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in inventory operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in construction or site-based roles.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.• Ability to work independently in a dynamic site environment.• Familiarity with construction materials and logistics is a plus.• Willingness to be based on-site in the North Coast.
